(Allegheny County, PA) -- More information is being released about charges filed against the chief of the Versailles Volunteer Fire Department. McKeesport officers allegedly saw two naked people engaging in sexual activities in a parked vehicle on Water Street on Sunday. Authorities say a subsequent investigation identified the pair as Chief Aaron Powell and a 17-year-old, who is a friend of his daughter. Powell is being charged with public lewdness and corruption of a minor. He has also been removed from the fire department.
