New charges in Penn State frat death

Investigators are filing new charges in the death of a Penn State student.  The Centre County district attorney announced yesterday that evidence in the form of deleted security camera footage has been recovered.  The video reportedly shows 19-year-old Beta Theta Pi pledge Tim Piazza being given at least 18 drinks in less than 90 minutes during a fraternity function.  Parks said the prosecution viewed the event as forced drinking and implicated twelve new defendants in the case surrounding Piazza's death.
