A deputy Dauphin County district attorney is facing charges after an incident at a Harrisburg bar. Deputy D.A. Martin Lock was arrested Friday at Arooga's on North Second Street. Police say they were called to the bar for a disorderly patron and found Lock, visibly intoxicated, with blood on his face and chest. Witnesses told officers Lock spit blood on one of the bouncers. He is charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. District Attorney Ed Marsico says Lock has been suspended pending the outcome of the case.
