Officials are investigating raffle tickets that offered people a chance to win money for voting in the Harrisburg mayor's race. A judge ordered an injunction yesterday after the raffle tickets were handed out at polling places across the city. Mayor Eric Papenfuse says the tickets were given out with campaign flyers for Martin-Roberts, who lost the Democratic primary. Papenfuse ran uncontested yesterday.
