About 100-thousand people in Washington and Allegheny counties are under a boil water advisory until further notice. Pennsylvania American Water officials say samples taken yesterday were cloudy so they are draining the water in the affected storage tanks. Customers are instructed to bring water to a boil for one minute before drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes or making food.
