A Lower Swatara Township man is facing charges for allegedly abusing a three-year-old child. Arthur Fakis was arrested yesterday and is accused of assault and endangering the welfare of children. Police say the victim was taken to the hospital for an injury and was found to have significant signs of physical abuse.
