Ex-AG Kane aide headed to prison

A member of former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane's security detail will report to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after an appeal of a criminal contempt conviction was denied on Tuesday. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court declined to hear the appeal of Patrick Reese's case.  Reese was sentenced last year to a three-to-six-month sentence after he was accused of violating a court order by looking through emails to find information about a grand jury investigation against Kane.
