Two Pennsylvania lawmakers are pushing a plan to require all state and self-funded insurance plans to cover contraceptives and vasectomies. The legislation was proposed yesterday and would also require coverage for any FDA approved prescription or non-prescription birth control. The bill is in reaction to the Trump administration's decision to roll back contraceptive coverage required by the Affordable Care Act.
