Lancaster Police To Increase Patrols During St. Patrick's Day Week
(Lancaster, PA) -- Lancaster police will be on the lookout for drunk drivers in the ramp up to St. Patrick's Day. The bureau says it will be working with other law enforcement agencies to conduct DUI roving patrols and sobriety checkpoints throughout the city. The increased patrols are expected to start tomorrow. The bureau is encouraging residents taking part in the festivities to use a rideshare service or get a designated driver to prevent a possible tragedy.
