(Lancaster County, PA) -- State Police are releasing details about a dog attack in Lancaster County last month that injured four people, including two children. Troopers say the victims were attacked by two dogs on Cedarwood Drive, suffering bites and scratches. Among the victims were an eight-year-old and one-year-old. A man was reportedly taken into custody on confinement of animals charges.
