Motorcycle Crash Victim Identified
(Cumberland County, PA) -- Authorities are identifying the person killed in a motorcycle crash in Cumberland County this past weekend. State Police say 28-year-old Mangal Rai hit a guardrail while riding his motorcycle on the I-81 South ramp to 581 East Saturday morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers said Rai's helmet was being used "improperly" at the time of the crash.
