OSHA To Investigate Death Of Flagger
(Lancaster County, PA) -- Federal officials are investigating the death of a construction flagger in Lancaster County last week. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is looking into the crash that killed 56-year-old Linetta Wells on October 10th. Wells was fatally struck by a vehicle while working at the intersection of Stone Mill Road and Plymouth Road. The incident also remains under investigation by law enforcement.
