Dauphin County Gun Store, Shooting Range Damaged Following Weekend Fire
(Dauphin County, PA) -- A Dauphin County shooting range and gun store is damaged following a weekend fire. Multiple emergency crews were dispatched to 717 Armory on Derry Street in Swatara Township around 3:00 p.m. Saturday. Patrick Connaghan, the owner of the business, says a customer in the range noticed smoke and told staff members, allowing the employees to help everyone get out safely. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the blaze. Connaghan says he is not yet sure about the extent of the damage, adding that the business will remain closed for the time being.
