(York County, PA) -- A York County woman is in custody for her alleged role in the death of her daughter's boyfriend. State Police say 18-year-old Tyler Moser died of Bronchopneumonia complicated by methadone toxicity on May 17th. Authorities said the mother of Moser's girlfriend, 39-year-old Kianna Brackett, gave him methadone prescribed to her to deal with an ear infection. She faces charges including involuntary manslaughter.
