>>New Study Shows Late Night Eating Boost Colorectal Cancer Risk

(Chicago, IL) -- A new study shows that late night eating boosts the risk of developing colorectal cancer. There've been lots of studies showing the risks and benefits of what you eat. But a new study out of Chicago's Rush University Medical College is the first to look at and find a link between eating late and developing colorectal cancer. Researchers studied more than 600 people getting colonoscopies and found that nearly half of those admitting they were late night eaters were more likely to have adenomas, non-cancerous lesions that can become cancerous over time. Scientists think it has something to do with the disruption of the body's circadian rhythms due to late night eating.
