Judge Seals Documents In Former Lancaster Cop Case
(Lancaster, PA) -- A judge is sealing court documents related to the arrest of a former Lancaster city cop accused of child sex assaults in the late 1990s. Andrew Scott Selby of Pequea Township was arrested after charges were filed against him on Friday accusing him of abusing three minors.
