Cumberland County Police Allege Mother Assaulted Daughter
(Carlisle, PA) -- A mother is facing charges after she allegedly assaulted her daughter. Middlesex Township Police say 37-year-old Ashley Witters allegedly put her juvenile daughter in a chokehold, in addition to kicking, biting and head-butting her. Police said the alleged assault happened on May 10th.
