>Jailed Man Last To See Missing Woman
(Harrisburg, PA) -- Police say a man currently in prison was the last to see a missing Dauphin County woman who is presumed dead. Anthony Proctor is in custody at Dauphin County Prison on charges of theft, counterfeiting and drug possession. Police say Tracy Scanlon had moved to Susquehanna Township in early February to live with Proctor, who denied knowing her after using her state food stamps benefits card. Scanlon has not been seen since late February. Police announced last Friday they believe Scanlon was killed.
