Apartment Fire Displaces 120 Residents
(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter to house more than 120 people who have been left without a home after an apartment fire. Officials in Cumberland County say it happened Sunday at the Northside Village Apartments off Carlisle Springs Road. Videos from witnesses showed a plume of black smoke and flames coming out of a building there, but it's not clear how many units were damaged. The cause of the fire hasn't been released.
