City Of Lancaster To Install Restroom Building For Unhoused People

(Lancaster, PA) -- The City of Lancaster is building a public restroom for people who are homeless at a cost of 188-thousand-dollars. City officials say the new structure will be cemented to the ground at the corner of Prince and Orange Streets and will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its installation is expected to be finished within the next few weeks.
