Game Commission Openings Require New Changes
(Williamsport, PA) -- The state Game Commission is making some changes as it starts to hire new game wardens. The position requirements will start in 2024. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED but are no longer required to have 60 college credits. Also, out-of-state applicants will no longer have to travel to Pennsylvania to take the written exam. Game warden positions combine wildlife conservation, public service and law enforcement qualities. Primary goals include managing and protecting Pennsylvania's wildlife and their habitats and promoting hunting and trapping. You can apply for the positions on the Game Commission website.
