>>Steelton police officer Accused of Raping Woman in her Home
(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Steelton police officer who'd been on the job less than two months has been suspended after rape charges have been filed against him. Dauphin County District Attorney Francis Chardo tells WHTM-TV that Officer Justin Hain is facing several sexual assault charges. According to an affidavit, Hain told his accuser he was deeply sorry and didn't "intentionally rape" her. He is alleged to have approached the woman, whom he knew, in her home. Court documents say Hain assaulted her after she got out of the shower and was holding her small child. Hain's bail has been set at 50-thousand-dollars.
