(Lancaster, PA) -- Officials at Tec Centro say a 50-thousand donation will allow them to start renovations at their facility in Lebanon. The center is run by the Spanish American Civic Association and offers tuition-free workforce training programs for people in the Lancaster area. Leaders say the gift from the Dixon Foundation will be used to create more classroom and training space.
