>Demolition Set for Harrisburg Mall
(Harrisburg, PA) -- The owners of the Harrisburg Mall says much of the shopping center will be demolished next spring. In a news release Tuesday, the real estate company says the Bass Pro Shop, Applebee's restaurant, and the former Toys 'R Us building will remain as the rest of the facility is taken down. Plans call for a total of 12 new structures to be built on the site eventually. They'll be zoned for retail and restaurant space, as well as office or light industrial use.
