Tip Leads To Arrest Of Sex Crimes Suspect In Dauphin County
(Harrisburg, PA) -- A medical assistant who worked at a facility in Lower Paxton Township is being charged with sex crimes for a second time. Police say a tip about possible inappropriate touching with a patient led them to Eric Alphonso Tarter Junior. He allegedly had sexual contact without the victim's consent and also is said to have performed medical procedures he wasn't authorized to. The crimes reportedly happened in October when Tarter worked for Penn State Health Medical Group Colonial Park.
