JPMorgan Chase CEO Dimon: Crypto Should Be Banned
(Washington, DC) -- JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is blasting cryptocurrencies. In remarks to Congress Wednesday, Dimon said Bitcoin and other digital currencies should be banned. The head of the biggest U.S. bank by assets made his comment in response to questioning from Senator Elizabeth Warren. Dimon told the Massachusetts Democrat the only "true use case" for crypto is for criminals, drug traffickers, money laundering and avoiding taxes. Dimon said if he was the government, he'd close it down.
