New Dog Licensing Laws In Pennsylvania

(Harrisburg, PA) -- New legislation is prompting changes to how dogs are licensed in the state. Now, all dogs need to be licensed in Pennsylvania at eight weeks old. That is the earliest you are able to take home a puppy you adopted or purchased from a breeder. The previous law stated dogs did not need to be licensed until three months old.
