(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Pennsylvania nurse faces multiple murder and attempted-murder charges after she allegedly administered lethal doses of insulin to some of her patients. Yesterday, State Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the charges against Heather Pressdee, who was originally cited for allegedly mistreating three patients.
