NBA Superstars Committing To 2024 Olympics Team

(Undated) -- NBA stars from around the league are announcing their intent to play for Team USA at the Olympics next summer. Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry and Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum have all said that they plan to play for the United States in Paris in 2024. Durant is the Americans' all-time leading scorer in Olympic history and has been a member of the gold-medal squads in 2012, 2016 and 2020. The U.S. is coming off a disappointing fourth-place finish at the 2023 FIBA World Cup this past summer. The Athletic reports that players such as LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Devin Booker, Damian Lillard, De'Aaron Fox, Kyrie Irving and Draymond Green are also interested in playing in the Olympics next summer.
