>>Assistant Fire Chief Resigns Amid Separate Sex-Related Charges In Highspire

(Highspire, PA) -- A local assistant fire chief is out of a job after he was hit with separate sex-related charges last week in Highspire, Pennsylvania. Local authorities say Dustin Schenfeld of Citizen's Fire Company number 1 faces a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure from an alleged incident in late March, and a misdemeanor harassment charge linked to a separate incident early this month. In the first case, Schenfeld allegedly exposed his genitals to a female acquaintance. The second case reportedly involves lewd comments left on social media and in the presence of alleged victims. Fire officials say Schenfeld resigned on Monday.
