(West Hanover Twp., PA) -- The owner of the now-closed Hershey Family Restaurant in West Hanover Township is facing fraud and money laundering chargers after being accused of misusing COVID-19 loans. Scott Levy allegedly spend most of the 227-thousand-dollars on personal expenses. He also is accused of transferring 125-grand to his mother, who put the money in safe deposit boxes. This past November, the 58-year-old pled guilty to tax fraud after admitting he didn’t pay over 230-grand in federal income and payroll taxes. He’s facing upwards of 90 years in prison.
