The Harrisburg School District is investigating a report of harassment by students. A parent allegedly filmed a group of kids gathered around her van yelling profanities and kicking the vehicle last week at 19th and Derry streets. They also tried to keep her from driving away. The district has since increased the number of safety monitors during dismissal from the Rowland and Scott schools.
