A state trooper wounded during a traffic stop in Northampton County last month is out of the hospital.  Corporal Seth Kelly was critically wounded during a shootout on Route 33 in Plainfield.  In a Facebook post, state police thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Saint Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem for helping in Kelly's recovery.  The man accused of shooting the trooper is charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and aggravated assault.
