A man is facing assault charges following a police-involved shooting in Harrisburg. Tanel Woodward was shot by police after ramming a cruiser and driving toward an officer during a traffic stop early Friday morning at 19th and Derry streets. One shot went through the windshield and Woodward was hit in the shoulder. He took off, but was arrested at the hospital later in the morning when he went in for treatment.
