The Dauphin County District Attorney's office is asking a recently elected school board member to resign. Carrie Fowler was elected to the Harrisburg Board this month but it has now come out that she was convicted of theft in 2001. State law prohibits people with certain convictions from holding office and the D.A. is now filing a motion to have her removed.
