Bill Furman is no longer the Mechanicsburg Head Football Coach. Furman announced yesterday that he has been let go because his standards, competitiveness and expectations for the team do not align with the administration's. The team was 0 and ten in consecutive seasons when Furman took over and led them to three and seven this year. Furman says he'd like to stay in high school football and in the area.
