Crow blasting planned at Capitol

The annual crow dispersal program is underway at the state Capitol.  The Department of General Services says distressed bird calls and exploding sounds will be used to keep the crows away.  The program is meant to reduce crow waste, which can be a slipping hazard and can also damage the outsides of area buildings.
