Bus driver's big mistake 'not' criminal

Charges are not being filed in connection to an incident involving a Central Dauphin school bus.  A substitute driver allegedly dropped off about 45 students at the wrong stop Friday.  The South Side Elementary kids were let off at a convenience store near a busy intersection near 28th and Walnut streets.  The district released a statement thanking parents and others in the neighborhood who helped escort the students to safety.  The district attorney's office said yesterday that the incident was unsettling, but did not amount to criminal behavior.
