Buck re-sentenced for Laurie Snow murder

A woman is now re-sentenced in connection with a 1991 murder in East Lampeter Township. Tabatha Buck's new sentence of 28 years to life was imposed yesterday. Buck was a juvenile when she and Lisa Michelle Lambert slit 16-year-old Laurie Show's throat at her home. Buck was given a mandatory life sentence in prison. Based of a Pennsylvania State Supreme Court decision that determined that mandatory life sentences for juveniles are unconstitutional, she became eligible for re-sentencing. She will now be eligible for parole in three years.
