The federal government says Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski's pay-to-play intent was "crystal clear." That was the government's response to Pawlowski's motion to throw out his case on more than 50 corruption charges yesterday. The government says Pawlowski had his car searched for listening devices and signaled campaign operatives with hand gestures that places may be "bugged." The feds also say he asked city employees to use private emails so they wouldn't be recovered.
