Cemetery rights bill advances

A Berks County lawmaker's bill to protect the rights of cemetery visitors across Pennsylvania is headed to the governor's desk.  The state Senate yesterday approved the legislation that protects people's rights to visit cemeteries after the new owners of Rock Cemetery in Caernarvon Township began preventing people from visiting the graves of their family members.  The bill passed the House in July.  The governor has said he will be signing the bill.
