A Pen Argyl woman is charged with involuntary manslaughter following the death of her two-year-old son in a bathtub. Michelle Wallace was arrested Wednesday night and was arraigned yesterday, where her bail was set at 500-thousand-dollars. Wallace allegedly left her disabled son in the bathtub and passed out on the couch. Police were sent to the Route 512 apartment to conduct a welfare check and found the woman passed out and the child unresponsive in the bathtub.
