(Albany Township, PA) -- A Berks County man is being accused of killing a 19-year-old woman who spurned his marriage proposal. Police say Christopher Tucker broke Tara Serino's neck in his Albany Township home Sunday night. After Tucker was arrested in Illinois on Tuesday, he reportedly provided information that Serino's body was inside his home. Police say her body was later found wrapped in a blanket inside the home.
