Two people are facing charges following an accidental shooting in Summit Township. Ryan Bowser and Carolyn Gaiser were charged yesterday for endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment. Police say a ten-year-old boy accidentally shot his eleven-year-old brother Sunday after they got scared by a noise and got the weapon from a shelf in the residence. After loading the gun, the younger child accidentally fired it, hitting his brother in the leg. The victim is in stable condition.
