A York teenager is going to prison for killing a man on a city playground. Nineteen-year-old Kwamiere Durham got six-to-15 years yesterday after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of Oscar Cherry the Third. Police say Cherry, who had spina bifida, was at Girard Park in April when Durham punched him in the face. Cherry fell, hit his head, and died the next day.
