The state Game Commission is looking for the person who dumped a dead deer at a Red Lion elementary school. The deer was shot with an arrow, wrapped in a plastic bag and left in a dumpster at Locust Grove Elementary earlier this month. The suspect was caught on video and police are working to identify him.
