(Westmoreland County, PA) -- A new father is behind bars after allegedly selling heroin in the maternity ward at Excela Health Westmoreland. Police pulled over the driver of a car on North Main Street Thursday and found drugs. The suspects said they bought them while visiting Cody Hulse at the hospital where his girlfriend delivered their baby just hours earlier. Police found 34 bags of heroin in Hulse's pocket. The baby's mother claims she didn't know about the drugs.
