Death penalty cases may depend on race

Results of a new Penn State study on the death penalty in Pennsylvania are being released.  The information came out Friday and claims death sentences are more common when the convict is white.  It also found defendants with public defenders are more likely to get a death sentence. The study will be included in an ongoing review that may affect Governor Tom Wolf's moratorium on the death penalty.
