Charges in Yellow Breeches body dumping

Two men are facing charges for allegedly dumping a man's body and leaving him to die. Caleb Harley was found dead along the Yellow Breeches Creek in Monroe Township in December.  An autopsy showed Harley died from a combination of freshwater drowning, hypothermia and drug toxicity.  Police said Friday that Malachi Scripko and Jacob White are accused of driving Harley to Harrisburg to buy heroin.  Harley then overdosed but instead of getting medical help, the pair stole his wallet and the drugs and left him along Creek Road.
