A man is under arrest after an investigation into human trafficking in York County. Willie James Johnson of Catasauqua is charged with two counts of trafficking individuals and one count for each person of involuntary servitude, possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility. An affidavit shows women were trafficked by Johnson between 2014 and 2017, and all informants told police they used heroin either prior to or after meeting him. The affidavit adds Johnson provided the women lodging at York County hotels and gave them heroin to maintain their habit.
